Jonathan Royce

As the Owner and Lead Arborist for ArborClimb, Jonathan will likely be the person who comes to your property and does the assessment of your treescape. Certified in all aspects of arboriculture, Jonathan has a deep respect for trees and their role in our lives. When not working at ArborClimb, he’s spending time with his family—especially his own little saplings: Juliet and Cole.

Josh Snyder

Our sales lead is an arborist, an avid outdoorsman, and a seasoned climber who fell in love with tree work by “moving through a tree’s canopy, which is an amazing feeling.” Josh is focused on client service first and foremost which is about giving them the information to help them make the best decision. Whether it’s tree care, planting, or cutting, Josh can help. His favorite tree: Dawn Redwood.

Owen McNeely

Owen is pushing ever forward toward greater tree knowledge. He’s been interested in trees his whole life and now he’s learning all the ins and outs of tree care. “There’s always something new to learn or some challenge to overcome.” He hasn’t been up in the trees hanging from the branches yet, but that’s exactly where we’ll be seeing him soon. His favorite tree is the “classic” White Oak.

Joe Parent

Joe is the Lead Foreman and something of a “swiss army knife” for tree work. Whether it’s running the skidder, the crane, the trucks, or any other equipment we use, Joe is the guy who knows what’s what. On the rare occasion that Joe is not working, he’s out on his bike or spending time with friends and family. Don’t let that smile fool you though, he’s a crew runner on a mission

Ilene Sweeney

Our Operations Manager is the first person you’ll likely talk to and she is the hub of all we do. Ilene connects and coordinates sales and client visits while also keeping the crew on target. Trees are a big part of life here in New England, “I love trees for their strength, beauty and resources.” Ilene’s been with us for our most successful years and is a vital reason why. Her favorite tree: Southern Live Oak.

Dillen Paquette

Dillen is our Lead Climber. Legend has it, Dillen may be part monkey for his uncommon sure-footedness in the trees as he takes out dead limbs and future dangers to make room for new, beautiful growth. Dillen started out as a groundsperson and has worked his way into the trees. We expect to see him growing in his capabilities around equipment operation as well.

Jack Lamont

A student of horticulture originally, Jack brings a deep respect for our ecosystem. He’s learning from the best about the systems that keep trees healthy as well as the issues that threaten them. Jack is a ferocious groundsman and is building skills up from there. Favorite tree? “The Hawthorne is such a unique, beautiful, and otherworldly tree associated with rich folklore and powerful herbal medicine.”
