Care

Trees are such an important part of our our planet, our property, and our sense of place. Like us, they need care to grow to their greatest potential. Whether it’s protecting your trees from insects, disease, or even old age, ArborClimb is here to help.

  • Root injections and fertilizing
Every tree needs some TLC on occasion and we’ve got “special sauces” to help them.

  • Undoing soil compaction
We use an “Air Knife” to release the roots of trees being strangled by tightly packed soil.

  • Pruning, cabling, and bracing
Winds, ice, and age can strain older trees so we have all the tools to keep them safe.

  • Fruit tree care
Fruit trees can live longer, be healthier, and provide more fruit with proper care.

  • Pest and disease treatment
Our arborist can assess and treat all sorts of dangers, even Emerald Ash Borers.

  • Tick treatments
Ticks are a danger to humans and pets; we have an organic treatment to kill them dead.

Curate

We always hear about gardens and lawns, but ArborClimb is here to help with your treescape. Trees provide us so much and we can help you build value into your property by assessing what you have and then creating what you hope for.

  • Tree inventory and evaluation
Cory Lester is one of ArborClimb’s certified arborists and he’s trained in assessing and evaluating your property’s treescape for value, health, and maintenance. Let us help you make the most of it all.

  • Plantings
Beyond the trees you have, maybe you’d like a privacy hedge or a windbreak. We can plan, purchase, and plant the trees best suited for you and your needs.

  • Forestry mulching for invasives
This isn’t your average mulching. We can identify invasive or unhelpful plants on your property and mulch them in order to help the plants and trees you want.

Cut

New England is fortunate to have a vibrant and vital arboriculture, which means we have a LOT of trees. We love to keep them healthy, but sometimes trees need to come down. We have the equipment and crew to take down any tree safely and cleanly.

  • Technical removals
If you think it’s expensive to hire a professional, hire an amateur first. A 10’ long, 1’ thick branch can weigh over 500lbs. Now put that weight 50’ in the air and you see why having the right equipment is so important.

  • Logging and clearing
Most trees we take down become mulch, but some clients have large properties with trees they would like harvested. We can do that for you quickly and carefully.

  • Stump grinding
People have found some nice uses for stumps, but most end up as bug hotels. We’re happy to grind the stumps we make so you can make the most of your property.
